
Mochi had always been my favorite Japanese dessert.
just because its so smooth and the texture is like.
like marshmallows!
the texture is so soft like pillows and they’re not too swweeet! (if you reduce the sugar. =) mmmm.
i first decided to make Daifuku from a vegan website (can you believe it) that has irresistible pictures. yummmyy!! it turned out quicker and tastier than i expected. definitely something i'd make over and over again :D
